384 Finch Dr. is a part of a small, unique community of homes (26) which share access to Lake Burton. Known collectively as the Timpson Creek-Rocky Branch Association, the neighborhood leases the two lake lots that front the community from Georgia Power. This lake access is comprised of 2 sets of docks, with separtate secure entrances and surrounded by deep water. There is  also a private parking area for the dock. Each home in the community that contributes the yearly TCRB Associtaion membership fee( $250) is welcome to use the docks. Dock usage is restricted to such members and their guest. The docks are a private and friendly area to enjoy the lake. Members may pull their boats up to the docks to load aor unload passengers. Boats my be left docked for short periods of time, but not overnight. The  dock area provides a wonderful place to sit out, enjoy the sun and lake and interact socially with friends and neighbors. Swimming around the docks is a popular acitivity with plenty of ladder access. The Association fosters a sense of community and a way to meet the neighbors. The recreation afforded by the lake access is a invaluable addition to the Lake Burton experience  Also, the proximity of the community to Anchorage Marina and Mark's Marine is very convenient.
